At Blissful Living Decor, LLC, we partner with a variety of dropshipping suppliers—both domestic and overseas—to bring you a wide selection of home décor items. Because each supplier has its own return and refund policies, guidelines may differ depending on the product you order.


1. Returns & Refunds

 • Each of our suppliers sets their own return and refund rules. Some may allow free returns, while others may require the customer to cover return shipping costs.

 • Certain items may be non-returnable (for example: personalized, clearance, or hygiene-related items). These will follow the supplier’s policy.

 • If you experience an issue with your order, we encourage you to first review the return/refund policy included with your product confirmation email.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

 • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact the supplier directly following their instructions. If you cannot reach them, email us at info@blissfullivingdecorllc.com within 7 days of delivery, and we will assist in resolving the matter.

3. Refund Processing

 • Refund timelines may vary depending on the supplier. Once approved, most refunds are issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Because we work with multiple suppliers worldwide, shipping times and methods will vary by product. Some items ship from U.S. warehouses, while others may ship from overseas.


1. Processing Time

 • Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days by our suppliers.

 • Each supplier may have different handling times, which will be noted in your order confirmation when available.


2. Delivery Estimates

 • U.S. domestic suppliers: typically 5–10 business days after processing.

 • International suppliers: typically 10–30 business days, depending on customs and carrier delays.

 • Orders may arrive in multiple packages if items come from different suppliers.


3. Tracking

 • Tracking numbers will be provided by suppliers once items ship. Please allow a few days for tracking information to update.


4. Lost or Delayed Packages

 • If you believe your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact the supplier directly. If you are unable to resolve the issue, reach out to us at info@blissfullivingdecorllc.com for assistance.


5. Customs & Duties (International Orders)

 • For international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
